I'm not saying Give Rs.10 chocolate to every person who enters Sonari Airport on this Day but you can give Rs.1 Single Toffee to Every Person Who Enter Sonari Jamshedpur Airport on this Special Occasion because its NOT the Birthday of any Normal Person, in-fact its the Birthday of India's First Licensed Pilot.

I still Remember when the Current Prime Minister of India Visited Jamshedpur Few months back, TATA-STEEL invested so much in the Preparation for his visit & when its the Birthday of one of its own Founder, the Citizen of Jamshepdur will be left into thinking Should I ask for a "Toffee" or NOT ?
